Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days of being placed.
For Standard shipping, the average delivery time is 2-8 business days. Typically UPS Ground will be the carrier, although in some cases regional carriers may be used. For Economy shipping, the average delivery time is 8-12 business days. We currently do not offer guaranteed UPS Saturday Delivery. Packages may not be delivered on holidays.
Shipping Policy
We will do our best to help in any situation, however we cannot be held responsible/liable for any packages that show delivered, but customer states they were not received. You must take this issue up with the shipping carrier. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a replacement order sent out to you, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered (tracking shows delivered) but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office, Fedex, UPS, or other shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
Shout It Out Shirts is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including returns/exchanges.
Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. Within 60 minutes after placing your order, you have the ability to put your order on hold, or cancel it, from within your order confirmation page or email, or from within your account order history page.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
International Orders
We certainly wish shipping costs were less expensive, the free shipping on orders over $500 does not apply to international orders.
While our policy is we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders, we will work with you to the best of our abilities to return or exchange an item if it's at all economically possible. However we cannot guarantee returns and exchanges on international orders. The shipping costs, fuel surcharges, and custom fees do not allow us to.
